Plan meetings in the calendar and invite by email with a calendar file. The minutes are approved and can then be read by members, also as PDF.

Chat, notifications and search

Association channel, project and direct chats. The bell shows new meetings, open votes and new publications. Lock-screen notifications only on request, and they never show content.

Your own access in your pocket

Members only see their own data: fees, dates, their projects and tontine, the association’s documents, published reports and votes. The invitation arrives by email.

Trust

Association data stays association data

Separate for each association

Every association has its own address, its own data area and its own data key. Names, transaction texts and notes are stored encrypted.

Secure sign-in

Two-factor sign-in, mandatory for administrators. Roles for board, treasurer, auditor and members, with a change log.

No ads, no tracking

No ad networks. Content only leaves the server when the association turns it on, for example for sending email. The daily backup is sealed and cannot be read without Assolio.
