Assolio is online software for associations: bookkeeping, members and fees, tontine, meetings and reports – in the browser, in German, English and French. For treasurer, board, auditors and members, every association with its own address and its own data key.
What it does
Assolio replaces cash books, spreadsheets and loose receipts with one shared application. The treasurer books and produces reports, the board keeps the overview, auditors see everything read-only, and every member can have a personal login. All you need is a browser – on a computer or on a phone.
For sports, cultural and support associations, diaspora and parents' associations, tontine and njangi groups – from a small club to a federation.

Security
Personal data and finances need more than a password.
Names, booking texts and contact details are stored encrypted. Each association has its own area and its own key.
Mandatory for administrators, available to everyone else. Lock-out after repeated failed attempts.
Bookings are never deleted, they are reversed. Every change is recorded in the change log.
Backups per association, readable only with the operator's key – useless without the application.
Administrator, treasurer, board, auditor and member each see only what they need.

FAQ
On the operator's server, in a separate area per association. Personal fields are encrypted with your association's data key.
Yes. Member lists can be imported as a spreadsheet or photo, bank statements as CSV, MT940, CAMT, PDF or photo.
It is reversed: the original booking stays visible and a counter-booking offsets it. That keeps the accounts auditable.
Yes. Tontine groups are kept apart from the association's accounts – with rounds, contributions, side funds, loans and a statement per participant. Tontine and loan fund are available as add-ons, included in the Large and Federation plans.
No. The application runs in the browser and can be installed on a phone like an app.
Yes. Each association chooses its currency, for example euro or CFA franc. SEPA direct debit, DATEV export and donation receipts require euro.
